JTB Consulting™ was established and is currently managed by Thommie Burger. As a Member of the South African Institute of Business Advisers and National Small Business Chamber, Thommie has personally been involved in the successful execution of large-scale Business Consulting, Business Plan and Market Research projects; ranging from small start-up companies seeking as little as R500,000 in bank financing to multi-national companies requiring as much as R1 billion in investor funding to fund their growth strategies.
Prior to establishing the company in 2007, Thommie worked for a number of multi-national companies based in South Africa, Botswana and the United Kingdom. He has held various positions, including Business Consultant and Analyst, Regional Sales Manager, Regional Manager, Business Development Manager and Training Manager. Some of the most notable clients Thommie has worked with include DaimlerChrysler, BMW, Nissan, VW, Eskom, Lesotho Highlands Development Authority, SABC, Integr8, Telkom, MTN, Financial Times (London), De Beers, Caltex, SAP and Anglo Gold. He also has extensive experience working with various South African Government Institutions, The Department of Defence (UK) and various local and international-based Embassies and Consulates.
Thommie has written and published various articles on Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy and Small Business Management. JTB Consulting™ is extremely committed to developing “Tomorrow’s Entrepreneurs”. To demonstrate this commitment, Thommie regularly presents workshops on Entrepreneurship, Business Planning and Financial Literacy to teenagers and young adults.

Following the successful attainment of her Law degree, Danelle spent several years practicing law at some of the leading law firms in South Africa. Her experience was gained in the fields of Labour Law, Estate Law, Contract Law and Information Technology. She spent 3 years living and working in the UK, during which time she gained invaluable experience in various legislative aspects.
In addition to her law degree, she is also a qualified Labour Law Practitioner. She is extremely knowledgeable in the fields of Service Level Agreements, Project Management, Contract Law and Management and Commercial Litigation. Dr. Thomasse is an experienced Business Leader with a proven track record of developing and implementing organisational turnaround (culture and financial), leadership transformation, people management and coaching/mentoring strategies in multi-billion Rand operations. With more than 30 years’ experience in executive, strategic, business planning and operational activities across a variety of industries - including heavy engineering, electricity generation, civil construction, transport and logistics, commercial vehicle retail and human resources management - he played a significant role in transforming non-business cultures to profit-driven entities, with the emphasis on “creating a competitive advantage through people”.
